The software behind
the welcome.
NiroStay is a product of 34orients Ltd, a software company incorporated in the UK with an office in Nigeria. We build for the people who host other people for a living — and who have been sold enterprise software built for somebody else's country, currency and scale.
A 20-room hotel should not need a 300-room system.
The operators we build with run good businesses on WhatsApp, a booking notebook and three spreadsheets. Their problem is not that they cannot afford software. It is that the software they can afford was designed for a chain in another market, priced in dollars, and assumes a front desk that never loses network.
NiroStay starts from the opposite end: the unit is the unit, the naira is the currency, the cleaner has a phone, and the owner wants one number they can defend. Everything else is built around those four facts.
Five positions, not five values on a wall.
These decide what gets built and what gets refused. They are why the product behaves the way it does on a bad Tuesday.
One fact, one answer
If two screens can disagree about availability, the balance or the guest's name, the system is wrong — not the person reading it. The database is the referee.
Naira first
A devaluation should not be a price rise. Prices, invoices and reports are in the currency the business actually earns, with other currencies alongside rather than converted into a number nobody can reconcile.
Software should admit its edges
The features page labels what is live, pilot and next. The security page lists what we have not certified. An operator making a decision deserves the whole picture.
The property's name comes first
A guest booked with Lekki Prime, not with a platform. The booking page, the email and the receipt carry the property's identity; ours stays in the footer.
Your history leaves with you
A PMS holds the record of a business. Export is a button, not a negotiation, and leaving does not erase what the hotel did.
Operators, not "users"
A housekeeper finishing a room at 11pm is the customer as much as the owner signing the contract. Touch targets, offline retries and plain words are product decisions, not polish.
A pilot, run in the open.
We are not going to pretend to be a company we are not. This is what is true in October 2026.
Pilot onboarding
Onboarding serviced-apartment and boutique-hotel operators in Lagos and Abuja, one property at a time, with the founding team doing the setup.
One platform, end to end
Reservations, money, operations, direct booking, tax documents, email, roles and reporting share one API and one database. It is not a bundle of acquisitions.
Channels, mobile, depth
Live Channex connections, a native staff app, and the operational depth that only comes from running real properties through a full season.

Working with us
We onboard directly. The people who build the product are in the call where your units are mapped, which is why a gap you report tends to be a gap we understand.
If you run a property and want to be part of the pilot, book a walkthrough. If you are an engineer who thinks this problem is worth solving, write to [email protected].
Come and look at it.
The walkthrough is the product, not a video of it. Bring your unit count and the part of the week that goes wrong.
