Everything, including
what is not ready.
A feature list is only useful if it tells you what to rely on. Each item below carries one of four labels: live, pilot, connecting, or next. No asterisks and no "coming soon" that has been coming for three years.
The day-to-day, without the double entry.
One stay is one record from enquiry to closed folio. Every action leaves an event and an audit entry.
Create, modify, extend, move
Change dates, unit or occupancy on a live booking with the rate and folio recalculated. Cancellations and no-shows keep the record rather than deleting it.
LiveUnit × date, one timeline
Every stay, hold and blocked night on one board. Free cells book directly; conflicting dates are refused by the database.
LiveToday, with the balance in view
Arrivals and departures with the folio balance beside the name, so the desk knows who owes what before the guest reaches the counter.
LiveThe unit and the guest together
Checking in attaches the guest to the unit and starts the stay; checkout queues housekeeping and frees the night.
LiveAsked before it is promised
A pre-flight check on the dates and unit, including holds, blocked units and maintenance. The booking engine is the same one the website uses.
LiveOne person, one profile
Repeat guests are matched on email or phone. Stay history, lifetime value and open balance sit on the profile.
LiveNumbers a finance person will accept.
Charges, receipts, refunds, tax and expenses are lines on one ledger. Totals are computed on the server so two staff cannot see two balances.
Accommodation, extras, discounts
Every charge has a type, a quantity and an actor. Discounts are negative lines, never a silently edited total.
LiveVerified or recorded
Cash and transfers are recorded against a reference; gateway payments arrive from a signed webhook. Only verified money counts as collected.
LiveOut of the same payment
A refund cannot exceed what remains on the payment, needs a reason, and moves the folio balance immediately.
LiveVAT and levies from rules
Rates in basis points, scoped by property, applied to the charge types you choose. Derived lines are marked as derived and can be retaxed over a period with a preview.
LiveIssued numbers, credit notes
Tax invoices and credit notes numbered from your own sequence, printable and linkable. A credit note corrects an invoice; nothing is deleted.
LiveAccounts, rates, invoices
A company gets negotiated rate links, invoicing terms, invoice payments and a running balance. Invoices are raised from a stay, not typed.
LiveCommission that adds up
Percentage or flat rules per agent, an append-only commission ledger, and payouts that record what was actually paid.
LiveCosts beside the revenue
Capture expenses by property and category with the method and reference, so a month's profit is not a guess.
LiveOne book, several currencies
Properties can trade in different currencies. Organisation figures are reported per currency, never added together.
LiveYour front door, and the others.
Direct demand is tracked as a channel, not smeared into "direct". A stay records the site that sold it.
Search, quote, hold, confirm
A branded page for each property: availability, nightly price, a twenty-minute hold and a confirmation code the desk recognises.
LiveDeposit or full stay
Collect the first night, a percentage or the whole stay through Paystack, with your own merchant account. Card details never touch the PMS.
PilotWhat a site actually sold
A confirmed website booking stores the site id on the reservation, so the Website console can show sold value rather than counting the word "direct".
LiveOne inbox, one thread
Questions from the site land in a conversation. A reply is emailed from the property's own identity and stored in the thread.
LiveChannex adapter
Provider-neutral mappings, a durable webhook inbox with dedupe and a coalescing outbox for availability. Tested against a stub; live connections are onboarded individually.
ConnectingYour name, your hostname
Every organisation answers at its own address. Portfolio can prove a hostname you own with one DNS record and serve the booking page there.
LiveWork that survives a bad network.
Housekeeping is where a hotel's day is won or lost, and where the Wi-Fi usually is. The queue is built for a phone on a weak signal.
Turnover, deep clean, inspection
Priority, assignee and due time. Checkout can queue the turnover; a manager sees what is overdue without asking.
LiveQueued and retried
Actions taken without a connection are kept on the device and retried with idempotency keys, so a completion cannot apply twice.
LiveA photo, not a promise
Completing a task can require photo proof. The file, the time and the person are recorded together.
LiveTickets that block sale
A plumbing leak can take the unit off the market. Resolving the ticket releases it, and both facts are in the history.
LiveThe queue on a phone browser
Touch targets built for a cleaner's hand, not a mouse. Native shells are next; the web app works now.
PilotWhat needs a person today
Arrivals, departures, overdue cleans, blocked units, unanswered enquiries, failed email and plan limits in one bell, derived from the rows themselves.
LiveIt should look like yours.
A guest should never meet the platform. A teammate should only meet the part of the business their job needs.
Name, colour, logo, contacts
Set per booking site, inherited from the organisation. Uploaded logos are validated, stored and served from your own deployment.
LiveGuest messages in your clothes
Confirmations, receipts and enquiry replies carry the property's name and colour, sent once per event. Delivery is logged with the provider's verdict.
LiveFive roles, scoped access
Owner, manager, front desk, finance and housekeeping. Property access can be narrowed per person; every sensitive action is attributed.
LiveInvitations by email
No shared passwords. An invitation is a single-use link that expires; accepting it sets a password and revokes any older sessions.
LiveOccupancy, revenue, sources
Earned revenue versus collected, outstanding by currency, channel mix, arrivals and departures, with CSV export.
LiveWho did what, when
Every money movement, status change and sensitive action is written to an audit log with the actor and correlation id.
LiveFor the team that will ask for the API.
The console is one client of a documented API. Nothing in the product depends on a human clicking a screen.
REST, versioned, tenanted
Routes under /api/v1, scoped by organisation and role, with consistent errors and correlation ids. Portfolio plans get API access and webhooks.
PilotSigned, deduped, recorded
Gateway and email deliveries are signature-checked and stored before they are acted on, so a retry is acknowledged without applying twice.
LiveAddress-aware tenancy
The organisation is resolved from the Host header, with reserved names refused, aliases redirected and cross-organisation requests blocked.
LiveExport, not hostage
Reservations, guests, folios and reports export as CSV. Leaving is a download, not a support ticket.
LivePDF and print
Receipts print from the browser; tax invoices and credit notes render as documents with issued numbers. A combined monthly pack is next.
PilotNative staff app
Screens exist as prototypes. Until it ships, the console is a responsive web app and housekeeping is touch-first.
NextAsk the awkward question.
Bring the feature you cannot live without and the one you suspect we have not built. We will answer both in the walkthrough, and put the gap on the plan if it matters.
